DOMS – Request Manager
DOMS is an application designed for large companies that handle a lot of employee requests (equipment loans, replacements, etc.). It has two parts: an employee portal where staff submit their requests in a few steps, and an admin panel where the IT team reviews them, prioritizes them, and prepares the data ready to create the Transfer Order in ServiceNow. It runs on-premise, with no external dependencies.

How It Works
Employee submits
They open the internal portal, fill in the form with type, date, and description, and send it.
IT team reviews
The admin sees all requests grouped by date and priority, with color coding.
Transfer Order is generated
One click to copy the formatted data, paste it into ServiceNow, and mark the request as completed.
Stack & details
Stack: Next.js 15 (App Router), React, TailwindCSS, SQLite with better-sqlite3 in WAL mode, Zod for validation, and PM2 in cluster. Designed for Windows Server or Ubuntu LTS, with httpOnly cookies and an auth middleware.
