IT Inventory Dashboard
IT Inventory Dashboard is an internal app for IT departments that need to know at any time which equipment and accessories they have, where they are, and who they were loaned to. It supports adding items, uploading photos, lending them to users, recording returns, and reviewing the full history of every item. Data is stored in an Excel file so it can be reviewed easily outside the system.

How It Works

Log in with username and password to a private area with the inventory dashboard.

Add new items, edit them, or loan them to users — all from a single screen.
Review history
At any time you can see who has had each asset and when it was returned.

Stack: Python with Flask, SQLite for users, Excel (xlsx) for inventory, Jinja2, HTML/CSS/JS, and a responsive design in white, blue, and green. Includes auth with secure password hashing, image uploads, and one-command startup.
